This is introduction to French Red wines with Parisian Melvil Arnt, co-owner of Once Upon a Time in France.
Perfect for beginners and wine lovers, you will learn all the basics of the French wine making: history, geography, grape variety, how to taste wine, how to choose a French wine and food pairing.
The class will switch into a wine tasting of different French wines, from Chateauneuf du Pape to Saint Emilion Grand cru!
The class is estimated to be between one hour and one hour and a half (could be slightly more), and will take place at the Once Upon a Time in France restaurant before opening hours on saturday.
