This is an introduction to French Red wines with Parisian born and raised Melvil Arnt, owner of Once Upon a Time in France and the bars The Authentique and Overlord.
Perfect for beginners and wine lovers, you will learn all the basics of the French wine making: history, geography, grape variety, how to taste wine, how to choose a French wine and some food pairing.
The class will switch into a wine tasting of different French wines, from Chateauneuf du Pape to Saint Emilion Grand cru!
The class is estimated to be about 1.50/2 hours, and will take place at The Authentique Wine Bar before opening hours on Sunday.
