This is an introduction to French Red wines with Parisian born and raised Melvil Arnt, owner of Once Upon a Time in France and Mel's Wine and Spirits.
Perfect for beginners and wine lovers, you will learn all the basics of the French wine making: history, geography, grape variety, how to taste wine, how to choose a French wine and food pairing.
With a maximum of 8 students, the class will include wine tasting of different French wines, from Chateauneuf du Pape to Saint Emilion Grand cru!
The class is estimated to be about 2 and a half hours, and will take place at Once upon a time in France on Sunday.
